7 Years Of You & Me

The story begins with a promise between Thu Thao and Quoc Huy, two people who lived together in an orphanage until they were 15 years old, promising to meet again 8 years later. When the time to reunite came, unfortunately, Thu Thao had an accident and passed away. She asked Thuy Duong to meet Quoc Huy on her behalf. Quoc Huy mistakenly thought Thuy Duong was Thu Thao, and the two developed feelings for each other. Since Quoc Huy had a congenital heart condition, during his treatment, Thuy Duong kept the truth hidden that she was not Thu Thao, to help Quoc Huy focus on his recovery. Later, not wanting to continue deceiving him, Thuy Duong revealed the truth. Quoc Huy was shocked and resented Thuy Duong. He broke up with her and went abroad for treatment. After their breakup, Thuy Duong discovered that she was pregnant with his child.
